Having a "Ball!"

We are at the Houston Astro's Minute Maid Park tonight. Linda's brother, his son, youngest daughter and her husband joined us for the fun. You can see that we have terrific seats right over home plate, thanks to our friend, Gene Pemberton, chaplain of the Astros. We are having a great time. We will be back in time for church on Sunday. See you all there!

PK's Joined in the Fun with the Prime Timers

Wyatt and Avery Austin had fun picking up acorns from the oak trees in the backyard, while the Primetimers were enjoying their food and fellowship.

The Primetimers from Lawton First Assembly came over for a cookout. The burgers and hot dogs were grilled by the "Booger Bob" Team comprised of Associate Pastor Gary Pratt, Jack French, and Ron Kitchens. The food was delicious, the weather was perfect, and the fellowship was great! The only thing we could have done without was the multitude of flies that showed up...uninvited! The meal was topped off with homemade cookies and ice cream. Yummmm!!!!!

Cade, Brynn and Mrs. Linda had a fun time at Kid Zone Tuesday afternoon. The weather was just too beautiful to be inside! Fall is the best time of the year!!!!

Wyatt's 5th birthday lunch with Mrs. Linda

Asha (Lawton First's Communication Director's daughter,) Cade and Brynn (Children's Pastor's children,) and Wyatt (Youth Pastor's son) were treated to lunch to celebrate Wyatt's 5th birthday. Even Wyatt's mom, Jen enjoyed a bite of ice cream. Fun day!
