We had a great family night presented by the Children's dept. It was complete with fast paced music, games, prizes and an awesome illustrated sermon presented by our Early Childhood pastor, Lacey. Following the service families, enjoyed free food, games and even pony rides! Our best "guess-timate" of number in attendance is around 800. What a great place to be!

Tornado Warning During our Vacation
After most of the pastors had come back to Lawton on Wednesday, we began our vacation. We had settled in for a long night's rest but around midnight, we were awakened by the Hotel's sound system notifying all of the guests that a tornado had been sighted in the county, so we all went to the lower level of the hotel to wait out the storm. As you can see, Pastor Don took it all in stride.

MOB Wild Game Dinner
LFA's MOB (Men of the Bible) sponsored a Wild Game Dinner Friday, May 1, 2009 in the Youth Center. 200+ men attended the event where they saw Wild Game displays, had an opportunity to practice their archery and blow gun skills. They then enjoyed a hearty meal, awesome praise and worship, and a great message presented by our Young Adult Pastor, Jamie Austin.
